MFRCONSULTING L.L.C. is an independent management advisory practice headquartered at 13735 S Horseback Ln in Herriman, Utah. We work with owners, executives and public-sector teams who need decisions built on evidence rather than instinct.
The firm was designed around a simple observation: most consulting failures are structural. The analysis was fine; the organization couldn't hold it. So every mandate we accept ends in an operating artifact — a plan, a system, a cadence — not a presentation.
Our coverage is deliberately broad. A supply-chain problem is often a compensation problem; a growth stall is often a records problem. We staff across disciplines so the diagnosis matches the actual failure point.
Three tools we reach for constantly.
The Constraint Map
Before recommending anything, we chart where throughput, margin or decision speed is actually blocked — usually somewhere nobody was looking.
Used in: operations, strategyThe One-Page System
Any plan that can't be explained on one page will not survive its first quarter. Every deliverable ships with a single-page operating summary.
Used in: all mandatesThe Owner Test
Every recommendation names the internal owner who will run it after we leave — and is designed for what that person can actually sustain.

We'll map the structure.
A short written brief is all we need to tell you — honestly — whether this is our mandate or not. Replies come from a principal, within two business days.
